Mary graduated from the Massage Therapy Course at Profssional Hair Design Academy in Eau Claire, WI in October 2006. Her focus of study was Deep Tissue and Swedish Massage. She is also trained in Pregnancy and Sports massage.

Mary is excited to be a part of the professional team at Essential Massage.  She believes that through the art of massage, she can care for the whole person, body, mind and spirit.  Whether by reducing pain and muscle tension through Deep Tissue massage, or relieving stress and anxiety through hot stones and Swedish techniques, Mary can adjust the session to address the unique needs of each individual.

Her goal is that all will leave the session, more relaxed in the body, less burdened in the mind and renewed in the soul.
